Manchester City have extended the contract of Head coach Manuel Pellegrini until June 2017.
The 61 year old who won the the Barclays Premier League title in 2014 was rumored to be replaced by Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola.
His backroom staffs, Ruben Cousillas,Xavier Mancisidor and Jose Cabello have also signed similar contracts with Manchester City.
Pellegrini after signing the Contract said he is proud to manage Manchester City and pleased to extend his contract.
He is now focus on the challenge of guiding and developing a team to win both domestic and European honours.
“we are delighted to for his performance and development in the team for the last two years he has been with us” said by Club Chief Executive Officer, Ferran Soriano.
