Belgium international striker Christian Benteke, scored his first premier league goal for Liverpool in their game against AFC Bournemouth.
Benteke, got the goal for his club after he latched on to a Jordan Henderson cross after 26 minutes making it a second successive win for the reds.
The 24 year old who was playing his second competitive game for the Merseyside club signed for a fee of £32.5m after an impressive season with Aston Villa in the BPL.
The player after scoring the goal said he is delighted to have registered his name on the scoring sheet and will be hoping to score more goals in their subsequent games.
The reds will now travel to face Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday.
