How Ghanaian Players Fared In Their Midweek Games

Some Ghanaian players were in action today in their various clubs and we bring how they fared.

In England some league cup games were played and again young Ghanaian prospect Joe Dodoo, was on the score sheet for Leicester city in the sixth minutes in their game against westham united and was replaced in 82nd minute by kante, in a game they won by 2-1, Ghanaian wing back Jeffrey Sclupp, played 22 minutes for Leicester city helping them to win.

Still in England a brace from Albert Adomah, and a goal from Diego fabrini was just enough to put coach Aito karanka’s, men through to the next stage of the competition.

Jordan Ayew, replaced Gabriel Agbonlahor, in the 46 minute but Aston Villa lost to Birmingham city by 1-0 thanks to a Rudy Gestede’s, goal meanwhile senior brother Andre Ayew, was not in the Swansea team that lost 1-0 to Hull city.

Winger Christian Atsu, played his first competitive game for AFC Bournemouth in a game they won 2-3 on penalties he lasted 81 minutes on the field.

Meanwhile in Italy hardworking midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang Badu was on the score sheet but lost the game to Ac Milan by 2-3.
