Black Stars deputy captain Andre Ayew, has cautioned his colleagues not to underrate The Comoros Island, when they clash in their 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier double headed match which would be played at the Stade Said Mohammad Cheikh in Moroni and the Baba Yara sports stadium in Kumasi on Friday and Tuesday respectively.
The Swansea city winger who returns to the team after he was forced to pull out of the friendly against Canada in Washington last month.
Ayew in a brief interview with journalist after Tuesday said that ” To be honest i know only few of their players of their team. Some who play in France division two and three etc and is not a team to underrate”
The former Marseille player also expressed concerns about the difficulty in play on an Astro turf, but assured Ghanaians of victory.
This will be the first time Ghana cross path with the Islanders in any level of the game, and has vow not to leave any stone unturned.
