Makusu scores twice to hand AS Vita win over Aduana

Makusu sinks aduana

Aduana Stars were beaten in far away Congo by 2-0 by AS Vita club in their Caf Confederations cup game played on Sunday.

Forward Jean-Marc Makusu  opened the score for the Black Dolphins in the 14th minute after connecting with a cross from the left side of the attack.

The home side kept mounting pressure in search of a second goal but goalkeeper Joseph Addo stood on his grounds to make some saves to deny them ending the first encounter 1-0 against Aduana Stars.

Back from recess the “Ogya” lads came into the game looking for the equaliser but failed to get on the score sheet with the few opportunities created.

Makusu rose again when he scored again to seal the win for the Congolese side.

Aduana Stars will now drop to third on the league log with four points.
