Kwadwo Asamoah makes Black Stars return

Inter Milan midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah makes a return after a long absence as Coach Kwesi Appiah names his 21 man squad for next months African cup of nations qualifier against Kenya.

Skipper Asamoah Gyan, Deputy skipper Andre Ayew and brother Jordan continue to be missing from the team for the tie against the Harambee stars in Nairobi.

Belgium based William Owusu gets a maiden call up to the team after an impressive performance with Antiwerp.

The Black Stars team will commence camping in Adis Ababa, Ethiopia on the 3 rd to the 7 th of September, 2018.
