Frosinone got the lead just 8 minutes into the game thanks to an own goal from Matias Silvestre.

Before Miha Zajc leveled for Empoli in the 32nd minute ending the first half 1-1.

Back from recess, Matias Silvestre redeemed himself by scoring in 3 minutes into the second half before Daniel Ciofani scored a brace to put the home side back into the lead.

Frosinone looks to have won the day but a Salih Ucan goal in the 79th minutes leveled for Empoli as the game ended in a six goal thriller.

In the same game, another Ghanaian player Prince Emmanuel Doudu Basea was an unused substitute for Frosinone but compatriot Rahman Chibsah played the full throttle of the game.
