Defender Ruben Semedo shot the Greek side into the lead with a nice goal in the 37th minute after dominating the game.
But two goals from Ghana Richmond Boakye Yiadom and Nemanja Milunovic gave the Serbian side the needed win after Milos Vulic’s equalizer.
Red Star Belgrade now moves to second place on the log behind leaers Bayern Munich who has six points.
Tottenham Hot Spurs and Olympiacos occupies the third and fourth spot with one point each after two games.
