Kwesi Ankumah is a young footballer who plays for Tema City FC in the Ghanaian third division league.
Ankumah’s who recently was linked to giants like Asante Kotoko in the Ghana premier league and some top European clubs has appeared in the news again.
The striker has broken a long standing record which was held by Manchester United’s Marcus Rushford after becoming the fastest player on record with a speed of 9.8 meters.
Rushford had previously held the record with a speed of 9.5 meters per speed against Crystal Palace back in August.
“Nobody beats him” said former Portuguesse International and Chelsea scout Bobo said after watching the 18-year-old.
Ankumah’s speed is no secret to the team and his teammates. His previous time of 9.22 metershad alrady broken the record set by former Ghana youth star Dominic Adiyiah.
