Togolese international Emmanuel Adebayor is on the verge of signing for Turkish side Istanbul Basaksehir.
The club confirmed that the Ex Arsenal forward has completed a successful medical and is set the dotted lines.
The Ex- Tottenham striker has been without a club since leaving English premiership side Crystal Palace at the end of last season.
The former Spurs striker has played for Arsenal, Manchester City and Real Madrid but is now heading to a new country in his career with Turkey.
Adebayor registered just goal in 12 Premier League appearances for Crystal Palace last season.
He represented Togo in the 2017 African Cup of Nations in Gabon but failed to help his country to make an impact in the tournament.
Togo were eliminated in the group stage with defending champions Ivory Coast.
