Baba Rahman may not play a part in the remaining games of the African Cup of nations for Ghana after pulling out of the first game with an injury.
Coach Avram Grant revealed in his post-match conference that Baba Rahman’s has a half chance of playing in the other games after the unfortunate incident.
The on loan Chelsea left-back suffered a knee injury during the 1-0 Group D win over Uganda yesterday.
He left the field on a stretcher having twisted the joint after clashing legs with a Ugandan player in front of their penalty box.
The player was then replaced by Anderlecht’s Frank Acheampong for the rest of the game.
“About Baba we need to wait and see, I don’t know,” he told a post-match news conference.
“it’s 50-50, we will see in the next day what will happen”.
