The experienced Algerian official will be the man in charge when Ghana clash with their West African neighbors Mali, Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium today. Ghana Black Starlets have not won against the Malians in two meetings this year are willing to end that when the two sides lock horns this morning. Ghana striker Patrick Twumasi continued his rich vein of form for his club as he scored twice to help Astana to win 4-0 in their Europa league game. The Black Stars forward put up a blistering performance to help his side beat Isreali side Maccabi Tel Aviv in the Europa League game played on Thursday. The Black Stars striker gave his side the lead in the 33rd minute through a spot kick before adding his second of the day 10 minutes later to take the lead to 2-0 before the end of the first half. Two minutes into the second half, Zambian striker Junior Kabananga scored the third goal of the day for Astana before adding his second to seal the win for the Kazakhstan based side. Patrick Twumasi has been in top form for Astana this season scoring 12 goals for his side.

A high powered security was held in Tamale on Thursday afternoon in preparation for next week's "Unmissable" MTN FA Cup final between Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko.
