Kumasi Asante Kotoko will seek to continue their fine form in the 2016/17 Premier League when the welcome new boys Elmina Shark to the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday.
The match day five fixture, which will kick off at 3pm, will be the first Premier League clash between Elmina Shark and Kotoko but the two teams have played in a friendly match before which the Porcupines won.
At a time when Kotoko have had a relatively good start in the competition, Elmina Sharks will find the Porcupines hard to overcome in front their passionate fans who throng the stadium confident of victory.
While Kotoko have secured three wins and a draw in their four outings, Sharks have won, lost and drawn two of their games so far.
Their results 1-1 draw against Wa All Stars away in Wa on Wednesday prove that Sharks won’t be an easy ride for the Porcupines.
But Kotoko’s ultimate goal would be to train and get adequately prepared to neutralize any venom in their opponent who surely will be playing their biggest game in the league so far.
