Ghana drops two places on FIFA ranking

The Ghana Black Stars have moved up on the newly release Coca Cola/ FIFA ranking for the month of March.

The senior national team move two places from the previous 43rd position to the 45th position.

The slip on the table is as a result of Ghana’s failure to play a friendly game on the FIFA free day last month.

Meanwhile the Stars are placed on eighth position on the African ranking behind Egypt, Cameroon, Senegal, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, DR Congo and Tunisia respectively.

Brazil has returned to the first spot on the ranking after seven years of missing out.

This come after the South Americans booked their place to the 2018 Russia World cup becoming the first country to do so.
