Accra Hearts of Oak has partnered sport balls manufacturing company Alive And Kicking to raise money to provide kids with footballs as part of the two parties’ Corporate Social Responsibility program.
Alive And Kicking is one of the fastest growing brands in the country specializing in the manufacturing of footballs, volleyballs and netballs.
The company has reached an agreement with Hearts to join in the club’s Social Responsibility Program.
Commercial Affairs Manager Kwaku Sakyi Quashie said: “As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility programmes, we have partnered with Alive and Kicking to raise money to provide school going kids with footballs. We are delighted with the agreement because it will help us – I mean the two parties – to put smiles on the faces of children when we start our school project.
“Also, our fans will not be left out because we will be giving them the chance to win balls as well through competitions on our various social media platforms and upcoming events.”
General Manager of Alive And Kicking, Wilson Kwabena Duffour said: “We are happy with the opportunity to work with Hearts of Oak and especially on such a worthy cause and we will be doing our very best to help with the Corporate Social Responsibility program.”
