Accra Hearts of Oak head coach Frank Nuttall insists there is more to come from Leonard Tawiah and Kassenu Ghandy after the duo had a good time against WAFA.
The duo’s performance on Monday helped the Phobians beat league leaders WAFA 2-1 in the week 14 Ghana Premier League clash at the Accra Sports Stadium
Tawiah has worked his way back into the team’s starting eleven after being left out in most of their games in the past, he has featured in four consecutive games for the Phobians and has brought steel to the team’s midfield.
Kassenu, despite playing only played three games this season displayed a very wonderful performance at left back to help beat the Academy boys.
When asked about the duo’s performance in the 2-1 win over WAFA, coach Nuttall told the clubs website.
“I do not know if it is the best [performance from Leonard Tawiah and Kassenu Ghandy but I know there is more to come.”
“Ghandy’s performance was good. He has not played many games but he is an experienced player and he is a technically good player and so he did very well against WAFA.”
