English Premier League side Swansea City are close to completing a deal for Ghana’s Jordan Ayew who is currently away in Gabon on national duty.
The Wales club are in a process of making a move for the Aston Villa forward that would see Neil Taylor move to the Championship club in a part-exchange transfer.
Villa would also receive a significant sum of money, believed to be around £5million, for the Ghana forward but the deal is yet to be completed due to Ayew’s involvement at the Africa Cup of Nations.
Ayew scored in Ghana’s victory over DR Congo on Sunday night to take his country into the semi-finals against Cameroon on Thursday
The youngster has been an integral part of Steve Bruce’s side in the championship this season scoring three goals and four assist in 22 appearance.
