Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of relegated Ghana Premier League side Techiman City Micky Charles has withdrawn the secured court injunction he intended to place on this season’s GPL.
Spoke person for the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Ibrahim Saani Daara confirm to Kumasi based Kessben FM that the outspoken football administrator has withdrawn the injunction suit against the GFA.
Micky Charlse was not happy with some dealings with the FA over the relegation of his club to the division one and was willing to fight the matter in court but has withdrawn such intentions.
Techiman City returned to the division one of the Ghana football after a year in top flight league.
They were relegated with other premiership clubs like Sekondi Hassacas and New Edubiase FC.
