Phil Ofosu Ayeh of Ghana joins Wolves

Ofosu Ayeh signs for Wolves

Ghanaian defender Phil Ofosu Ayeh has joined English side Wolves from German side Eintracht Braunschweig on a free transfer.

The Germany-born 25-year-old will start a three-year contract at the Championship club on 1 July.

Ofosu-Ayeh is the second defender signed by new head coach Nuno since he took charge at Molineux on 31 May this year.

He also signed Roderick Miranda from Portuguese Primeira Liga side Rio Ave, while center-back Ryan Bennett has also joined from Norwich City.

Wolves fare eyeing an improved performance next season after finishing 15th in the Championship in the just ended season.

The club believes the appointment of Coach Nuno would bring positive results after the departure of Paul Lambert.
