Division One League side (DOL) Okwahu United have vowed to escape relegation after founding themselves among the bottom three on the Zone 3 league log.

The “Asaase Aban” lads are in a difficult moment where they will need to perform a miracle to survive visiting the drop with two games to the end of the season.

After declaring operation “Six points”, the fight for survival begins tomorrow at the Nkawkaw Stadium where they will have to win against Okyeman Planners.

Skipper of the side Prince Siaw has admitted it will not be easy but is optimistic with concentration and unity they will escape relegation.

The Eastern Region based side are 14th on the league log with 31 points after 28 games 3 points adrift Young Wise and Kotoku Royals who are 12 and 13th on the table.

Okwahu, troubles began after they were deducted points by the FA for failing to settle their former coach Sarfo Castro on time.

The club has since failed to recover after that points deduction incident which has seen them at the bottom of the log.
