Two Second half goals from Ibrahim Ogoulola and Agnide Osseni handed Benin a 2-0 win over Cape Verde in a Last 16, 2017 WAFU Cup of Nations match at Cape Coast Sports Stadium on Tuesday, September 12. Accra Hearts of Oak head coach Frank Nuttall believes his side is on the way to hitting top form despite drawing for the third time this season. The Rainbows recorded a 1-1 draw in the midweek  game against Ebusua Dwarfs in Cape Coast but the Scottish is optimistic things will turn around.  Patrick Razak scored the club's first goal of the season in the league match with Dwarfs but the hosts fought back to share the spoils. Accra Hearts of Oak will be searching for their first league win when they play as guests of Ebusua Dwarfs in the match-day 3 of the 2016/17 Ghana Premier League at the Cape Coast Stadium on Wednesday 22nd February, 2017. The Phobians are still without a win in this season's league campaign having dropped points against Inter Allies (0-0) and Medeama (0-0) in back-to-back games. Coach Frank Nuttall was on the bench against Medeama but despite seeing signs of improvements from the Allies game, the Phobians could not unlock the stubborn Mauve and Yellow defense. The Phobians returned to training on Monday to begin preparation for the Dwarfs game. Forward Bright Lukeman in line to mark his debut for Accra Hearts of Oak against his former side Ebusua Dwarfs. The young striker joined the Phobians at the beginning of the season after a blistering performance for the Cape Coast based side.
